        <summary>Tournament Rules

	*  All items on, set to Low.
	*  All matches will be 3-stock, 5-minute matches.
	*  All matches should take place on the Battlefield stage, but no restarting if another stage is accidentally picked.  The tournament must keep moving.
	*  All characters are allowed.
	*  Each Round will have 4 matches, with 1 player from each library. Starting with #4 player and working your way up.  Each player should play only 1 match per round.
