To handle registrations for your GT Event, click on the GT Registrations tab. The GT Registrations page has two sections, Quick Player Registration and the current Registrations list.
To add a new player to the event, type in their player name in the Quick Player Registration box and click the Register button. The player name field will autocomplete with existing player names.
The current Registrations list will show all current players registered for the GT Event. Those who have Pre-Registered themselves through your gtsystem.org website will display with a status of “Pre-Registered”. Make sure that they check-in when they arrive or they will not be included in the Event. Players that have checked-in or registered on-site will have a Status of “Confirmed”. If there is a mistake with a registration, you can delete the registration from the list by clicking the “delete registration” link on the Registration list.
Once you have all of your players registered and confirmed, you're ready to Manage Event Results.
